Today is the last day of the year. 2010, she is slipping quietly away. Nothing to shout about, but not entirely insignificant either. In her anti-climatic farewell, somehow, there is a strange sort of calm- the sort of feeling where you know that something is going to end, but you don’t feel like you’re missing much.
I’ll stay awake as long as I can today.
